iPhone & iPad

60 seconds

One tap with a configuration profile. Works on iOS 14+.

  1. 1Sign in to Guardino on your phone
  2. 2Open Setup → tap Install Profile
  3. 3Confirm in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management

Android

90 seconds

Native Private DNS support on Android 9+.

  1. 1Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS
  2. 2Choose "Private DNS provider hostname"
  3. 3Enter your Guardino hostname from the Setup page

macOS

75 seconds

Configuration profile installs system-wide.

  1. 1Download the macOS profile from Setup
  2. 2Double-click to open in System Settings
  3. 3Approve in System Settings → Profiles

Windows 11 & 10

2 minutes

Set Encrypted DNS in network adapter properties.

  1. 1Settings → Network & Internet → your adapter → Edit DNS
  2. 2Manual → IPv4 → enter Guardino IPs
  3. 3Set "DNS over HTTPS" to On (Automatic Template)

Router (whole network)

5 minutes

Protects every device on your Wi-Fi at once. Best for families.

  1. 1Open your router admin panel
  2. 2Find DNS / DHCP settings
  3. 3Replace existing DNS with the two Guardino IPs
