Guardino Affiliate Program
The Guardino Affiliate Program pays publishers and creators 30% of every paid invoice from subscribers they refer, for the first 12 months of each subscription. Tracking uses a 30-day first-party cookie, last click wins. Commissions are approved after a 30-day refund window and paid monthly in USD once your balance reaches 50 USD. Joining is free.

What you earn
You earn 30% of every paid invoice from each subscriber you refer, for the first 12 months of that subscription, counted from the first successful payment. The percentage is calculated on the amount excluding tax. After month 12 the subscription keeps running for the customer, but your commission on it ends. It is a 12-month term, not lifetime.
A worked example. Guardino Pro costs 1.99 USD per month as of 30 August 2026, with a 14-day trial that requires a card. 30% of 1.99 USD is about 0.60 USD per month, which comes to about 7 USD over 12 months for one subscriber who stays the full term. This is arithmetic, not a forecast. The real figure depends on how many of your readers subscribe and how long they keep paying.
The Free plan pays nothing, because nothing is invoiced. The trial period pays nothing for the same reason. Refunds and cancellations reduce or cancel the related commission in proportion.

Which plans pay commission?
Commission is a share of paid invoices, so the answer follows from what is invoiced.
- Free: nothing. There is no invoice, so there is no commission.
- Pro: yes. 30% of each paid invoice for the first 12 months of the subscription. The 14-day trial itself pays nothing; commission starts when the first invoice is paid.
- Schools and organizations: this plan is quoted on a call and set up together, not bought through the online checkout, so the affiliate link does not track it and it is outside the program.
What Guardino is

How tracking works
Your dashboard gives you a personal link in the form guardino.ai/r/yourcode. When a visitor opens it, Guardino sets a first-party cookie on guardino.ai that lasts 30 days. If that visitor starts a subscription within those 30 days, including the 14-day trial, it is attributed to you. Commission begins with the first paid invoice. Attribution is last click: if the visitor clicks another affiliate's link before subscribing, the later click wins.
Commission starts with the first successful payment and continues on each paid invoice for 12 months. Each payment is counted once. The part of the link after /r/ is your referral code. It identifies you; it is not a discount code, and the customer pays the normal price. The rules below cover where your link may and may not be posted.
What we keep about your visitors is deliberately small.
- The cookie is first-party and HttpOnly, set on guardino.ai, and expires after 30 days
- Visitor IP addresses and user agents are stored only as salted hashes and deleted after 90 days
- Click records are anonymised after 90 days
- Your dashboard shows clicks, subscriptions and commissions, not visitor identities

No website is required. A newsletter, a video channel, a podcast or a community you moderate can all work, as long as the disclosure rules below are followed. There is no follower threshold.

How and when you are paid
Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment it comes from. That is the refund window. If the customer is refunded or cancels inside it, the commission is reduced or removed in proportion. After 30 days the commission is approved.
Approved commissions are paid in monthly batches. Once your approved balance reaches 50 USD, it is included in the next batch. Below 50 USD it carries over to the following month. Every batch is reviewed and released by a person at Guardino, not by a script.
Payouts are in USD, via PayPal Payouts or Wise. Before your first payout we need your tax form and a payout account that can receive USD in your country. If you live in Türkiye, PayPal does not operate there. You will need an account that can receive USD, so check Wise availability where you live before your first payout.

Tax forms and disclosure
Before your first payout you complete a US tax form in the dashboard: W-9 if you are a US person, W-8BEN if you are not. For services performed outside the United States there is no US withholding. You remain responsible for declaring and paying tax in your own country. This page is not tax advice.
Disclosure is part of the deal. Under the FTC's 2023 Endorsement Guides, the disclosure must sit at or near the link itself, not on a separate page, and the words 'affiliate link' on their own are not treated as adequate. Use 'paid link' or wording a reader understands at a glance. If you publish for another country, that country's labelling rule applies as well; the local versions of this page carry it.
Missing disclosure is a breach of the program terms. The advertiser is liable under the guides, so we may check for it.
What is not allowed
The reasons behind the program terms are practical. Each item below either misattributes a sale or misleads a reader.
- Brand bidding: no paid search or paid social ads on 'Guardino' or misspellings of it, and no ads that present you as Guardino
- Cookie stuffing: no forced clicks, hidden frames, redirects or any technique that sets the cookie without a real click
- Self-referral and trial abuse: no subscribing through your own link, including subscriptions by members of your household, and no chains of trials to farm commission
- Code leaking: no posting your link or referral code on coupon sites or deal aggregators; use them in your own content
- Misrepresenting the product: no invented prices, availability or campaigns; quote guardino.ai for what Guardino costs and offers
- Spam and fake traffic: no unsolicited email, no comment or message spam, no auto-posting, no bots or fabricated clicks
- Security claims: no claims about what Guardino blocks, protects against or how it performs beyond what guardino.ai itself says; if unsure, quote the site
Breaches can void the related commissions and end the partnership. The full terms, titled Partner Program Terms, are linked from this page and from the dashboard. One request that is not a rule: keep the tone calm. No scare headlines, no alarmist framing about children or the internet. Guardino is sold on clarity, and readers trust partners who do the same.
