This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited when using the guardino.ai service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Security and integrity
Do not use Guardino to attack, scan, probe or relay traffic for systems you do not own or have permission to test.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, our servers or any connected system or network, and do not test the vulnerability of our systems except under our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure policy.
Do not introduce malware, or interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity).
Do not bypass the authentication system, circumvent plan quotas, or disable, defeat or circumvent any security or access-control measure.
Data and content
Do not scrape, harvest or collect data from the Service at a scale or in a manner that burdens it or that violates the rights of others.
Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or harmful content, or to send unsolicited communications (spam).
Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation, and do not share credentials across organisations except where your plan expressly permits it.
Intellectual property and reverse engineering
Do not copy, frame, mirror or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service or its paid features, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Lawful use, export control and sanctions
Do not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
Do not access or use the Service in violation of US export-control or sanctions laws, or if you are located in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction or are a restricted party.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
